Bio

Reggie’s barbell journey began in a high school gym, training to get faster & stronger for football and wrestling. After high school Reggie began studying Kinesiology at George Mason University while continuing to give back to the community by becoming a volunteer coach for three different wrestling organizations, working with all age groups. While at GMU, Reggie joined the TFN team and served as an intern for 2.5 years. During that time he honed his craft by studying under TFN staff, shadowing thousands of sessions, and researching technique & programming. Reggie then launched his own training career, ultimately coming back to TFN to join our staff as a stellar trainer who radiates positive energy and happens to be a super strong strength athlete.

Philosophy

Teaching someone how to strength train is teaching them about basic human movement. I focus on technique as well as learning the purpose of each exercise and how it translates to daily life. I believe it's my responsibility to educate others on why lifting weights is so much bigger than just the hour sessions we spend together.
