Bio

Anton’s first experiences with health and fitness came at his high school, where he worked as an athletic trainer for the varsity football and baseball teams. After high school, he began studying Exercise Science at VCU and, through friends at university, Anton found powerlifting. He quickly realized strength training was not only an enjoyable hobby, but something that he enjoyed learning about. He soon started interning at TFN, and discovered that coaching and training was his true passion. After gaining experience as the head coach of VCU Powerlifting and working as a corporate fitness exercise specialist, Anton was again sought out by TFN - this time as talented staff - and is always ready to give his absolute best for his clients. In his free time he hangs out with his family, goes on adventures with his wonderful girlfriend Haize and her dog Juno, and of course lifts weights. 

Philosophy

Exercise, specifically strength training, is a necessity for your life. Your body is required to have strength every time you move. That includes every time you take a step, every time you pick something up from the floor, and every time you get off your bed or get out of your seat. With a higher level of strength and fitness, those actions only get easier; life only gets easier.

How to get the most out of a session with Anton
