CR: Keep a schedule and be willing to listen to improve your technique.
Trainer Perspective: Dylan Smith
TFN: Dylan, what is it like working with Chris?
DS: Working with Chris is a blast! It is rare to find someone as self-motivated as Chris. No matter what I throw at him he always gets his work done even with up to 5 days per week of strength training. In person, Chris works very hard and still manages to have me cracking up over conversation between sets. He is truly a pleasure to work with and a model for success for all of our clients. I look forward to coaching Chris for years to come!
